All content, features, interfaces, and functionality of this platform—including but not limited to codebases, architecture layouts, visual trademarks, brand assets, and digital media—are the exclusive intellectual property of Aurelium Soft or its licensors and are fully protected under global intellectual property laws.

5. User Accounts & Security

When you access an authenticated portal or create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You maintain full responsibility for safeguarding your access credentials and for all operations executed under your account.

6. Payment Terms

Payment schedules and milestones for enterprise deliverables are detailed within individual client contracts. Unless explicitly stated in writing, fees are non-refundable. Delayed disbursements may result in temporary suspension of active infrastructure or delivery sprints.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aurelium Soft, nor its directors, engineers, affiliates, or technology partners, be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform or deliverables.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aurelium Soft, its executives, engineers, contractors, and affiliates from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, or costs resulting from your breach of these terms or misuse of our services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our portals or services immediately, without prior notice or liability, in the event of material breach, security violation, or non-compliance with these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be submitted to competent courts situated in Gujranwala/Lahore, Pakistan.

11. Changes to Terms
